How to get the most from a personal styling appointment
A styling appointment is most useful when you come with a clear idea of what you're trying to solve. That sounds obvious, but most people arrive with a vague sense that something isn't working and hope the hour will clarify it. It can, but it's slower. A little preparation makes the difference between a useful session and a very pleasant browse.
Before you come in
We send a short questionnaire when you book. It asks about your usual context. Where you work, how you spend your weekends, whether you have any specific occasions coming up. And about your existing wardrobe. The more specific you are, the more targeted the session will be.
It also helps to think about what you're not looking for. If you know you never wear dresses, or that you find high necklines uncomfortable, or that you've tried wide-leg trousers three times and they've never worked, tell us. That information is as useful as knowing what you like.
What happens during the appointment
We pull pieces before you arrive based on your questionnaire. The hour is spent trying things on, not browsing the rail. We'll tell you honestly if something isn't working and why. Whether it's the cut, the colour, or something about the proportion that isn't right for your shape.
We don't expect you to buy everything you try. Some sessions end with one purchase. Some end with a list of things to look for elsewhere. The £35 fee is redeemable against anything you buy on the day, so if you do find something, the session effectively costs nothing.
After the appointment
We'll send you a short written summary of what we tried and what we'd suggest as next steps. If there were pieces that were close but not quite right, we'll note what to look for. If there's something specific we think you should try that we don't currently stock, we'll say so.
Appointments run Tuesday to Friday. Book via the website or call us on +81 95-824-3067. Saturday slots are available occasionally. Ask when you book.
