No. The shop is open during normal hours and the fitting room is always available. You only need to book ahead if you want a dedicated styling hour, which runs for sixty minutes and costs £35, redeemable against anything you buy on the day.
We take all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. We don't accept Klarna or any buy-now-pay-later service. If you're buying a gift and want to pay by bank transfer, email us and we'll arrange it.
We offer exchanges and store credit within 21 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and has its tags. We don't offer cash refunds on sale items. If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll sort it out properly. Email us within 48 hours.
We ship within the UK. Orders are packed and sent within two working days. Shipping is £5.50 for standard and £9.50 for next-day. We're working on international shipping and hope to have it running by early 2027. For now, if you're outside the UK, email us and we'll see what we can do.
